Career Journey

I began my career journey with a focus on engineering, completing my O-Levels and A-Levels in science and then earning a Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from NED University. During my studies, I gained practical experience through internships at Siemens and Shamim Alam Architect, where I worked on PLC-based projects and got a firsthand look at engineering processes and technical environments. My time at HBL in the Card Operation Division introduced me to customer service, where I learned problem-solving in a high-paced environment.

My career then took me into technical and project support roles, starting as a Sales Support Specialist at both Britlite Engineering Company and Future Gulf Tech. Cont. In these roles, I prepared technical offers, managed service schedules, and supported high-tension (H.T.) and low-tension (L.T.) electrical systems projects. This experience deepened my project management and client service skills, giving me insight into both technical and operational management. Later, in 2020, I joined Sky Holidays as CFO, where I handle bookkeeping, client invoicing, and tour management—skills that further strengthened my expertise in financial oversight.

I joined Zelle Solutions in 2012 as Creative Head, overseeing the creative department in charge of campaign strategies, design, and content. My role involved developing a cohesive brand image, streamlining creative processes, and ensuring that all deliverables aligned with our clients’ marketing goals. In 2018, I took on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO), expanding my responsibilities to manage Zelle’s entire operational framework.

As COO, I oversee all project workflows and ensure seamless execution across digital marketing and web development departments. This includes supervising our team, optimizing resources, improving our operational efficiency, and implementing quality control to keep up with evolving industry standards. I also focus on strategic growth initiatives, like adopting AI-driven systems that allow us to better understand consumer behavior, automate routine processes, and offer our clients highly tailored digital solutions.
